This project involved a comprehensive interior update, guided by a clear vision: to make the artwork the protagonist of the home. Every furnishing decision was made in dialogue with the art collection, allowing each piece to enhance its presence rather than compete with it. The residence embraces an unconventional layout, placing the main living areas — including the living room, kitchen, and primary suite — on the second floor to fully capture panoramic ocean views.

The first level hosts two bedrooms and an inviting outdoor area featuring a pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Designed as a vacation retreat for a family of five, the home seamlessly blends thoughtful functionality with curated aesthetics, creating a space that feels both expressive and welcoming.
